In partnership with Madrasati initiative within the student club program “Masahti “, Youth for Global Growth will be giving non-formal education classes once a week for 10 weeks. The focus will be given to a particular subject; “Science” through doing actual scientific experiments, and enabling students who are passionate about science from the primary and secondary stages to do the experiments themselves.
Yesterday was the first day of ten weeks that Youth for Global Growth will be working on developing quality education in 5 schools located in different governorates in Jordan. Along with the scientific experiments, the YGG has prepared some particular activities to raise the kids’ awareness of the essential human rights.
The edutainment curriculum Youth for Global Growth have prepared for this program comes in accordance with the latest non-formal education methods that was proven success. As we are trying to seize the opportunity as much as we can to give these kids, who are passionate about science a chance to actively explore more about their passion and do the experiments themselves.
The program takes place every Saturday, for 10 weeks in 5 schools in different governorates in Jordan. Hence, we will be giving 4 classes everyday in each school for at least 100 student from the primary and secondary stages.
The YGG is initiating and concluding this project within its framework of working on the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, aiming goal No.4 “Quality Education”.
